The Linen Transport is responsible for the services areas: refilling the linen and amenities.  This employee is constantly working in the above areas and therefore, is expected to indicate which items are missing or need to be order.  This role has close relations with other departments, such as; Engineering (to report defects) and with the other subdepartment within Housekeeping.

The employee is aware of the correct procedures for separating garbage and is able to follow instructions accurately.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

For this position, it is necessary to meet the following requirements:

• Able to work different shifts between 06.00 and 23:00hrs. on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. The employee is willing and able to assist within another department in Pulitzer Amsterdam, if the business requires.
• Physically strong; capable to stand/walk an entire shift & physically capable and willing to carry/lift equipment, like linen trolleys, vacuum cleaners etc.
• Able and willing to restock service closets with linen and amenities
• Able and willing to clean public areas .if needed .
• Communicative: able to communicate in English.
