Job Summary:
Assist in the management of all outlets at The Ranch at Death Valley F&B operations.  Responsible for all front of house operations, including overseeing guest/customer service, employee relations, reservations, and the coordination of all F&B operations at the Ranch.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest/customer service and promptly resolve guest-related issues.
• Coordinate and facilitate F&B operations to provide quality service and products for our guests.
• Responsible for scheduling, forecasting, Food & Beverage inventories including linen, silverware, china and glassware.
• Payroll tracking and cost control.
• Management functions include but are not limited to: employee relations, conflict resolution, skills training, staff meetings, safety training and overseeing reservation book.
• Attend weekly F&B management meetings.
• Responsible for additional management and/or related duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills demonstrated in a fine dining customer-oriented environment.
• Superior guest and employee relations experience.
• Responsible for ensuring that all employees are aware of the Ecometrix Policy, Xanterra’s company-wide Environmental Management System (EMS) and their roles and responsibilities in achieving conformance to the policy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Two years of management experience in a dining operation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer skills, and ability to learn various software programs, i.e. Micros, Cloudsuite, Kronos, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work within flexible work schedule, as schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
• Strong knowledge in food and beverage products such as wine, beer, spirits, fine dining service, food safety, liquor laws and bartending.
• Must be team-oriented with the ability to accomplish goals and projects.
• Must be detail-oriented and manage multiple priorities and outlets.
