Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. If you are interested in working in a stunning resort, with the opportunity to create and innovate the pastries for our guests and clients, joins us this season.

The pastry cooks responsibilities is for preparing high-quality, desserts, breads, and pastries while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and taste. Ensure a proper storage, labelling and rotation of ingredients and finished products, maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Knowledge of baking techniques, Dessert presentation, and pastry equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
