**Responsibilities: **

- Greet and welcome guests

- Register guests and verify information

- Promote our Guest Loyalty Program

- Handle payments and maintain a house bank

- Assist with guest inquiries and requests

- Ensure guest satisfaction

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Basic computer skills

- Available to work weekends and holidays

- Hospitality experience is preferred
