Essential Job Functions

Provide professional and high-quality massage services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace.
Restock treatment rooms with fresh linens and supplies.
Adapt to changes in daily schedules as needed.
Promote retail sales and encourage massage upgrades.
Perform up to 5 massages in a row.

Qualifications

Active Virginia massage therapist license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a resort or spa setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
