Responsible for the overall service and execution of the Pool Concierge Program at the Formal Pool. Provide exceptional guest service and oversee Cabana Program and amenities of the Formal Pool.

• Clean and maintain Formal Pool grounds and Cabanas.
• Greet guests and cater to their needs with the poolside cabanas.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Ensure a seamless F&B experience at the Formal Pool and in the Cabanas by working with servers to ensure all guest needs are met in a timely manner.
• Assist Recreation Managers in other areas of Recreation when needed.

• Qualifications:

  • Degree in Recreation/Hospitality or at least 1 year experience in a Recreation or hospitality related position.
  • Able to become certified in basic CPR and First Aid.
  • Basic computer skills for administrative work.

  Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Able to push/pull towels bins weighing up to 300 pounds.
  • Must have basic swimming skills to assist a guest in the pool if needed.
  • Able to work on feet for majority of shift.

  Working Environment:

  • Okay to work in various weather conditions: extreme heat, cold, rain, sun, etc.
  • Must be comfortable in and around pools.

  Tools & Equipment:

  • Computer and POS skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer programs
