The responsibilities of the People & Culture Intern will include:

Welcoming employees to the resort in a warm and caring manner
Assisting with uniform distribution and arranging for alterations
Engraving name tags for employees
Answering questions from employees
Coordinating attendance at orientation sessions
Coordinating department specific training
Assisting with phone inquiries
All reasonable requests by management

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational, computer and customer service skills. Previous experience in human resources or pursuing a degree in human resources is preferred.
