We are now looking for a Regional Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of both properties. This is a key role, responsible for financial reporting, cost control, and financial planning and analysis. If you are a highly analytical, detail-driven, and commercially minded finance professional, we want to hear from you.

Your Role:

As Regional Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring financial efficiency and compliance across both properties while supporting senior management in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L statements, and financial reports to senior leadership.

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the forecasting processes, providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.

• Cost Control & Profitability: Monitor expenses, drive cost-saving initiatives, and ensure financial sustainability.

• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and external audits.

• Revenue & Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting, account reconciliation, and revenue tracking to maximize financial performance.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Heads of Departments to align financial goals.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in financial operations and reporting.

• Team Leadership: Support and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
