As our Groups & Events Administrator, you will be responsible for providing seamless support in organizing group reservations and events, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. Your duties will include:

• To support the Groups and Events team with general administrative tasks  

• To be the key point of contact to book and plan all the logistics for internal events and marketing department events. 

• Handle administrative tasks related to group and event bookings, including processing deposits, issuing invoices, and managing event-related paperwork. 

• Ensure Delphi & Opera systems are up to date with all booking information, including updating the system with details provided by the team 

• A proactive, detail-focused individual with strong organisational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience in event coordination, group reservations, or hotel administration (preferred)

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
