Schulte Companies is a dynamic organization based in Louisville Kentucky. Founded in 1999 as Schulte Hospitality Group, the company quickly grew to encompass all aspects of hotel management, development and financing.
                                     In 2014 Schulte Design + Construction was formed to provide dedicated focus and quality craftsmanship to the organization's construction, renovation and design needs. 2017 brought even more growth as Schulte Restaurant Group was created to broaden the company's scope of investments to include retail and restaurant outlets. Schulte Purchasing Group, a subdivision of SD+C was launched, along with Schulte Boutique + Lifestyle, a subdivision of SHG dedicated to independent hotel properties and the development of the new Origin brand. Schulte Companies serves as the parent company to the organization.
                                      We're committed to enhancing the knowledge, skills and abilities of our team members.
