Positions available — Sous Chef, Line Cooks & Dishwashers. The ideal candidates are team players who works well under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  

Sous Chef: will be assisting the Head Chef with the food preparation process and delegating tasks, cooking to the highest quality standards, and helping to supervise and motivate the kitchen team. A minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef is required.  

Chef de Partie: a great attitude is critical, and some experience is preferred working on the line. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and learn from the culinary team.   

Dishwashers: An entry level position that allows you to learn and gain experience working in a highly professional environment. Enjoy great benefits and wages with full training provided.
