Bill UpshawChief Executive OfficerBill Upshaw oversees the management of TPI Hospitality’s nationwide portfolio of industry leading brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. Upshaw is an industry veteran with in-depth and diversified experience developing and operating branded hotels, resorts, conference centers, and spa and golf resorts. In addition, Bill has extensive experience and expertise in Food and Beverage operations.
Upshaw joined TPI Hospitality in 2019 with more than 30 years of hospitality leadership experience. Previously he served as President of Platinum Companies where he led all aspects of the company’s premium full-service development and investment portfolio. Prior to that, he led CSM Corporation as President, where he was responsible for the acquisition and management of CSM’s lodging and residential properties. Additionally, he served as President and COO of Windsor Capital Group, a hotel management company with properties across the US. Upshaw has also held senior operation positions at Benchmark Hospitality, Crestline Hotels and Resorts, and Marriott International.
Robert KisabethChief Operating OfficerRobert Kisabeth is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel, restaurant and conference center operations across TPI Hospitality’s growing portfolio of leading brands. His role encompasses hotel operations, sales and marketing, food and beverage, cultural health, and ultimately the guest experience. Kisabeth is an experienced industry leader with extensive background in operations, acquisitions, dispositions, development, due diligence and asset management. Kisabeth’s diversified brand experience includes Ritz-Carlton, Millennium, Renaissance, Westin, Embassy Suites, Tribute, Hilton, & indigo Hotels.
Before joining TPI Hospitality in 2020, Kisabeth served as Divisional Vice President of Remington Hotels, where he was responsible for financial performance, strategic planning, and capital planning. Prior to that, he worked with Miller Global Properties as Senior Vice President of Hotels. During his tenure, he formed an affiliate management company, High Velocity Hospitality, which managed owned hotel assets. Additionally, Kisabeth served on the Embassy Suites Owners Advisory Council, the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association Board and is a Certified Hotel Administrator.
