Lovell CasieroSenior Vice President of Sales & MarketingAs Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing Lovell Casiero brings more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry to PM Hotel Group. Most recently she partnered with hotels and management companies to drive sales performance as Founder and President of FLC Consulting Group. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Crescent Hotels & Resorts, she was responsible for the direction and oversight of revenue enhancement strategies for the company’s diverse portfolio, and worked closely with the corporate operations and business development teams to ensure profitability exceeded client expectations.
Lovell has extensive hotel sales experience in developing and leading sales teams affiliated with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and Intercontinental Hotel Group, including senior leadership roles with Merritt Hospitality, Interstate Hotels & Resorts and MeriStar Hotels & Resorts. Her experience includes direction of direct sales and catering strategies, developing hospitality marketing campaigns, sales training, task force, troubleshooting and transitions. Lovell has also served as President and COO for an international non-profit organization, overseeing national and international media campaigns, event planning and fundraising.
Woody MontgomeryExecutive Vice President Human ResourcesIn his role as executive vice president of human resources, Woody is responsible for all of the company’s human resources functions, including talent acquisition, training and development, associate relations, compensation and benefit administration, risk management, policies and procedures, legal compliance and internal communications. He is accountable for nurturing the fundamental cultural environment of the organization, the balanced scorecard business model and establishing metrics that measure performance and progress. As a member of the company’s executive committee, he contributes to the strategic planning that ensures that PM Hotel Group remains one of the best operators in the industry. With more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on building HR systems in high growth dynamic organizations, he helped build one of the nation’s largest independent management companies. He has guided the HR processes in mergers & acquisitions and an IPO process and established foundational human resources systems in entrepreneurial companies. In addition to hospitality, he previously held human resources leadership positions in the financial services industry with such prestigious organizations as Deloitte and Touche. He served as an officer of the Council of Personnel Officers and is a graduate of Davidson College.
