Stephanie BenadofCorporate Director of Human ResourcesStephanie guides and manages the well-being of our most important asset – our people. She provides leadership and oversight for all company wide Human Resource initiatives and focuses on fostering employee engagement representative of the THG brand and core values. Stephanie shares twenty plus years of diverse HR experience, having worked across multiple industries such as hospitality at the Westin Hotel Company; education at the Mercer Island School District and The Meridian School; and HR consulting through Asure Consulting (formerly PMSI). She enjoys coaching and mentoring team members throughout the company to build leadership skills and aims to make THG the employer of choice in the hospitality industry.
What She’s Passionate About: Stephanie loves baking, playing the piano and traveling. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Douglas DreherPresident & CEODoug has been President since 2002 and was promoted to CEO in 2009. He oversees all facets of the company, including the company-wide portfolio, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, investor relations, capital and strategic planning and business development. Before joining THG in 1989, he worked for Westin Hotels & Resorts in various management positions, and has also worked with numerous hotel franchises. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the School of Hospitality Business Management at Washington State University. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA). Doug serves on AHLA’s Board of Directors and is a current member of the Lodging Industry Investment Council. He has formerly held a position on AHLA’s Executive Committee and was the Chairman for the Washington State Hotel & Lodging Association. Doug enjoys visiting our properties and making connections with team members, guests and partners.
What He’s Passionate About: Doug enjoys spending time with his family: wife Maria, of 30 plus years, and two adult children, Makenna and Karson. He’s also a big WSU sports fan, and an aspiring ping pong champion – always looking for the next match!
