His accomplished background includes hotel openings and brand transitions, primarily with Delta Hotels and Resorts where he spent the majority of his career, the most recent as Regional Vice President for BC overseeing 8 properties. Gordon considers himself a big picture thinker with a dynamic leadership style, who values the importance of innovation and creativity, strategic planning, relationship management and company culture.
Gordon’s passion for the industry and community over the years is demonstrated by his contributions to numerous boards in a leadership capacity as Chair of Tourism Vancouver, Tourism Calgary and the Vancouver Hotel General Managers’ Association to name just a few. He has a Bachelor of Hospitality from Vancouver Community College and is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from the University of Guelph.

Raymond St-PierreVice President, OperationsRaymond St-Pierre is a graduate in Hotel Management from the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec in Montréal. In 1991 St-Pierre successfully opened the Montréal Downtown Holiday Inn where he won multiple Awards of Excellence. He was appointed general manager of the Montréal Château Champlain in 1995 and helped guide this renowned property through the rebranding to Marriott. St-Pierre was named Hotelier of the Year by the Québec Hotel Association and was elected President of the Montréal Hotel Association in 1998, the same year he was appointed Vice-President, Operations for Atlific Hotels.
