Michael StrohbeckCorporate Manager of Human Resources and TrainingMichael joined Coral Hospitality in February 2018 as Manager of Human Resources and Training. Michael has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility throughout his career across multiple industries including hospitality, technology, healthcare, and financial services. He was most recently with HROI where he severed as a Human Resource Consultant. Michael’s responsibilities include oversight of all people-related services across all divisions of Coral Hospitality. Michael received his Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University’s George Herbert Walker School of Business and Technology. Michael also received a Certificate in HR Management from Villanova University and is certified as an HR Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
CHRISTOPHER SCHAEFFERPreseidentResults driven and creative, Chris directs all areas of Coral Hospitality’s operations with a forward looking vision. He is known for his expert ability to combine his vast amount of finance and operational experience in developing and executing innovative operational plans that maximize results for Coral clients. In this leadership role, Chris ensures that Coral and its portfolio of properties maintain an intense commitment to employee development, service delivery, asset value and financial performance.
Chris’ career began in public accounting, while earning his CPA designation. This background paved his way into the hospitality industry where he held several senior finance and operational positions, including positions with The Fisher Hotel Group, Noble House Hotels & Resorts and Foxwoods Resort & Casino.
