Job Summary
Do you throw around words like "statistical significance" with reckless abandon? Are you someone who has a knack for recommending design decisions based on tangible insights - someone who finds the needles in the haystacks?

We're looking for someone who has a mind for exceptional User Experience design, plus an interest in business strategy and analytical insight. You'll work as part of our collaborative UX team to improve our website and mobile app experiences. You will perform insightful UX Research, build, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to determine solutions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of UXO strategies with the goal of increasing conversion rates and revenue for website and mobile apps
  • Contribute to our optimization processes, tools and strategies to increase efficiencies and results
  • Effectively collaborate with other teams, including Analytics, Content, UX Design and Development
  • Develop hypotheses, testing briefs and reports for A/B tests


Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years experience (UX / CRO / Analyst or related field.)
  • Loves to work with data, and has a basic understanding of statistics
  • Experience with Adobe Target and/or other testing platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or
  • Strong creative communication skills
  • Upbeat attitude, driven and motivated to work in a dynamic environment


Nice-to-Haves:
  • Ability to pull insights from completed tests - even failed or inconclusive tests - for future usage
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript and/or JQuery is a plus
  • Experience with UX is a plus


This is a full-time position and compensation is dependent upon experience. We're currently working remotely due to COVID-19, but going forwardthis position will be based in our office located in Minnetonka, MN

Jim AldermanChief Executive Officer: Jim Alderman is the Chief Executive Officer, Americas for Radisson Hotel Group and is based in the company’s U.S. headquarters in Minnetonka, Minn. Alderman is responsible for the corporate offices and more than 680 hotels in the company’s portfolio throughout the Americas. He is also a member of the U.S. Board of Directors for Radisson Hotel Group. With more than 34 years of experience in hospitality real estate, Alderman has an extensive background in hotel and restaurant development, private equity fund investment, management contracts, franchises, public/private partnerships and investor relations. He most recently, he served as Executive Vice President for Extended Stay America (ESA), where he was instrumental in driving the company’s franchising strategy. In just 18 months, he took ESA from zero to 150 franchise deals. He was responsible for their next-generation product through new construction and franchise sales, and asset management of existing real estate portfolio, as well as acquisitions/disposition, and future redevelopment. Alderman joined ESA from Kimpton Hotels where he was the Chief Development Officer. Prior to joining Kimpton, he held various senior leadership positions with Wyndham, Starwood Capital, IHG and Ernst & Young. Throughout his career, Alderman has been involved in the acquisition, development, joint venture, and financing of over $15 billion of hotel real estate projects globally. He has helped guide the strategy and branding of hundreds of hotel projects from limited service and extended stay to independent boutiques and ultra-luxury properties with branded residential components.
