• Ensures proper game security.
• Always appears alert and faces forward.
• Accurately takes guest bets, pays out bets and makes change for guests.
• Maintains a game pace that is consistent with the table action.
• Demonstrates proficient knowledge of gaming policies and procedures.
• Consistently keeps shuffle time at 2 minutes or less.
• Alerts the Floor Supervisor of any suspected irregularities on the game. Never corrects own mistakes.
• Consistently reflects a friendly, positive and constructive approach to the game, the department, and the company. Maintains enthusiasm regardless of pit or game assignment.
• Maintains familiarity with all novelty game procedures.
• Always attends mandatory meetings.
