We are looking for a charismatic, self-motivated individual who thrives with a small team and wants to experience the exciting work environment of a boutique hotel. This individual will be part of our front desk office while working to develop partnerships, manage sales and build guest relationships. The hotel has recently gone through a design refresh with innovative packages and amenities. We are ready to be re-introduced to the community! Throughout 2021 this role will include a combination of working at the front desk alongside sales & marketing activities. As business returns post-Covid in 2022, this role is expected to become more exclusively focused on sales & marketing activities. This is a position with room for long-term growth.
As part of our front desk team, you will do guest check-ins, modify reservations and assist guests with any needs they may have. During your time off the desk or during slow cycles, you will be contacting local businesses, including hospital administrators and clinics in our neighborhood, to develop partnerships and/or sales contracts. You will be the lead on event sales including elopement packages and corporate meetings. You will be in charge of rolling out seasonal promotions and updating our online booking portals as well as guest communications.

Must be savvy with technology and embrace learning new things like software programs and apps. Must know Microsoft Office suite of programs, document sharing, and video conferencing applications and programs. Experience with CRM, PMS, Adobe, and Web Site and Social Media marketing platforms a plus
