We are seeking a collegial, skilled and motivated Revenue Manager to join our friendly, success-driven Executive Team, leading the Revenue and Reservations Department and working closely with the Sales & Marketing Team to excel in achieving and exceeding our Hotels' revenue goals in this competitive market.
Job description: The Revenue Manager is a key member of the Hotels’ Executive team, working closely with the General Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing to create and implement a highly successful revenue strategy for our two independent Luxury San Francisco Hotels. The Revenue Manager will lead and supervise all activities of the Revenue and Reservations Department to ensure that revenue opportunities are maximized, fine-tuning the business mix by reducing reliance on OTA's while continuing to increase the Hotels’ share of high rated individual business and leisure travelers. The Revenue Manager will identify and claim the Hotels’ Fair Share against the Hotels’ luxury comp set, driving rates to achieve higher ADR and work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure that the Hotels’ revenues meet and exceed the business plan/budget. The Revenue Manager will be skilled in analyzing revenue situations and opportunities, and in producing highly accurate revenue forecasts and budgets. The Revenue Manager will continuously monitor and balance inventories and rates, and be proficient in technologies to compete successfully, driving rates and maximizing revenues for our Hotels.
