The Restaurant Manager will primarily be responsible for directing and organizing the overall activities and services for the respective outlet and is a driver of Forbes standards and Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa values and beliefs.
Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
Minimum 3 years luxury management experience.
Food handling certificate.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
Ability to provide legible communication.
Prior experience in 4/5 diamond, 4/5 stars restaurant
Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service.
Certification in alcoholic awareness program.
