Job Description
Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Manager manages a group of line-level employees who perform such functions as preparing food, packing bags, cleaning and assisting customers. The Restaurant Manager must know how to perform all line-level functions, as they must ensure these tasks are successfully completed and perhaps fill in on the line.
- Supervise restaurant staff during shifts, including hiring, scheduling, and evaluations.
- Leads the stores recruiting, selecting, hiring and retaining talent efforts.
- Place orders, assess inventory, and organize stores.
- Maintain the facility, including assigning staff to clean and conduct preventative maintenance.
- Be responsible for providing hygienic, safe food that meets branding, and company standards.

Requirements:
The Restaurant Manager requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate is responsible for coaching employees and maintaining excellent customer service. Complex customer service issues may be escalated to the Restaurant Manager, who needs to apply the restaurant’s policies and procedures to ensure the issue is resolved and the customer is satisfied.
- Required hospitality/restaurant managers with 1+ years of supervisor/management experience.
- College education is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work with different Technology systems & hardwares (include POS & online ordering platforms & dashboards; knowledge with Toast POS a plus)
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude and an excellent problem solver.
- Friendly and professional with great attention to customer service.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, and multitask in a fast paced, demanding environment.
- Passionate about health & nutrition is a bonus.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish speaking; Portuguese is a plus)
