Employment Status



The Project Manager - Design & Construction will oversee construction operation for various projects throughout the portfolio.


  • Focus on project management: project processes, budget & schedule creation
  • Issue RFP's, review & level proposals for multiple disciplines. Coordinate proposals with counsel for final contracts.
  • Manage 3 rd party project management teams
  • Work with in house design team to help manage 3 rd party Architecture & Engineering teams
  • Work with in house design team to help manage 3 rd party Interior Design teams
  • Produce preliminary project estimates
  • Produce preliminary project schedules
  • Assist with defining project scope
  • Track RFI's
  • Track and manage project schedules
  • Track and manage project budgets
  • Manage FF&E procurement process
  • Review drawings from consultant team, ensure represents direction given
  • Coordinate with operations and other departments

Job Requirements


  • 5 - 10 years of experience in Construction management
  • Extensive background in project management in hospitality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
  • Must be proactive
  • Must be solutions oriented
  • Hospitality experience strongly preferred
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis
