Job Description

You are an independent, self-motivated person who likes to work overnight! You love being the person others can rely on. You're great at anticipating needs, and others feel like you're always one step ahead because what they need is done before they even have to ask. You like to stay busy, and when guest traffic slows, you always find other work to be done. Practical and approachable, you take pride in a well-groomed appearance while working in an upscale environment.

You welcome every guest to the hotel with a smile, and as an ambassador for the hotel, you make sure they are taken care of with a sense of urgency. Check ins and check outs, answering phone calls, taking orders, managing transportation and holding conversations are all part of your day to day. You are responsible for starting each new day at the hotel and you assist accounting with organizing financial reports and documents.

The Sheraton Bloomington Hotel offers a contemporary full-service hotel experience, perfectly located close to downtown Minneapolis yet minutes from Mall of America and Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP). With easy access to the area's most popular attractions, including Nickelodeon Universe, IKEA, The Minnesota Zoo and more, as well as local businesses and corporate offices, Sheraton Bloomington Hotel offers upscale amenities and superior service to make every guest's stay memorable.

Why do you do what you do? Passion. Pride. Life. You are passionate about making that difference. Making the difference for every guest that walks through the doors of the hotel, and doing everything you can to ensure each of our guests has a memorable experience. You are here because the life you want is about providing exceptional service, and that is exactly what we do.
