Job Description

This position will be an Area Human Reosurces Manager supporting the following properties:

Residence Inn Boston/Fenway

Residence Inn Framingham

Residence Inn Needham

Residence Inn Norwood

Residence Inn Watertown

Hampton Inn & Suites Watertown

Kimpton Onyx

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process inclusive of posting and updating career opportunities; screening resumes and candidates; scheduling interviews with leaders and department heads; administering all onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Interview and assess candidates based on needs defined by department hiring managers.
  • Attend recruitment functions such as job fairs, career days, and other events to source candidates.
  • Handle administration of new hire process, paperwork, and enter in HRIS in timely manner- with attention to compliance. Talentreef/Workday experience highly preferred!
  • Create and maintain associate files in an orderly, compliant and secure manner.
  • Address any time keeping issues.
  • Address and respond to associate inquiries and issues immediately by tracking them and informing the General Manager.
  • Addresses and resolves employee relations issues, involving corporate human resources when necessary.
  • Advise department managers on employee matters, including disciplinary actions and performance evaluations.
  • Place employment ads on various websites as requested.
  • Monitor worker's compensation claims, in conjunction with corporate risk department.
  • Maintain and update bulletin boards in all associate areas and HR bulletin board.
  • This position reports to the General Manager's on property and has a dotted line responsibility to the Vice President of Human Resources.
  • Maintains regular attendance and is consistently on time.
  • Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
  • Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor.


Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field such as Human Resources preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years related Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience is required
  • Work is performed on site at hotel locations 5 days per work week

Randy SantulliSenior Vice President – Hotel OperationsRandy Santulli joined Stonebridge Companies in early 2006 where he serves as Senior Vice President-Hotel Operations. He is responsible for all aspects of the hotel portfolio including select-service, extended-stay, mid-scale and full-service hotels. Mr. Santulli has an extensive background in food and beverage operations and has successfully repositioned numerous high volume restaurant and catering operations throughout his career. Prior to joining Stonebridge, Mr. Santulli served with Remington Hotel Corporation as Divisional Vice President-Hotel Operations, where he was involved in over 45 hotel acquisitions. He previously served with Westbrooke Hospitality Corporation as Senior Vice President-Hotel Operations. Mr. Santulli holds a degree from the Culinary Institute of America.
