Job Description

 White Elephant Palm Beach is hiring for the year-round management position of Guest Services Manager to make our guests feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay at our luxury boutique hotel.

Guest Services Manager responsibilities include greeting clients as they arrive, coordinating their check-ins and informing them about the hotel’s facilities.  This position oversees the Bell/Valet, Pool and Special Services Concierge team members.

Job Requirements

 Other Responsibilities:

  • Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
  • Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
  • Coordinate luggage collection and storage
  • Promptly address guests’ requests
  • Ensure special guests receive personalized services
  • Establish friendly relationships with regular hotel guests

Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Guest Services Manager or similar role
  • Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation

Applicants should also work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor.
