The Hilton Charlotte Hilton is an upscale full-service property featuring 400 state of the art guestrooms and 35,000 ft. of banquet space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte. We are currently looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team.
Guest Service team members are an integral part of delivering our Hilton guest service as they assist our guests in a variety of ways during their stay.
Guest Service Agents are responsible for providing a warm welcome to each guest and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay. The Guest Service Agent completes guest arrival procedures, including guest check-in, room assignments, updating folio transactions in the Hilton OnQ system and assisting guests with any other inquiries or needs that may arise.
The ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing with an upbeat personality and outstanding customer service skills.
- Must be able to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts
- Required ability to use computers, Hilton OnQ training is provided
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to address guest needs and exceed guest expectations
- An energetic personality
This position will be a blend of 1st and 2nd shifts. Candidate must have scheduling availability from 7am until 11pm.
