Our General Managers oversee all facets of either a limited-service or a full-service hotel for Branded and Independent properties of all sizes. Our locations require hands on professionals to oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of our hotels in cooperation with Marshall’s proven corporate support structure. Experienced GMs or AGMs ready for the next step only need apply.
Our Director of Sales candidates have experience working in limited-service and full-service hotel environments with Corporations, Groups and Associations in different market segment areas. They effectively source out new clients, continue relationships with current clients and identify new business as the result of the relationship. Our sales teams actively sell using a “grass root” sales mentality. Our successful candidates also have experience using internet prospecting to identify and close new business and have current knowledge of hotel rates, strategies, discounts and promotions.
Our Regional Director of Sales candidates have experience working in limited-service and full-service hotel environments and both brand and independent hotels. They work hand-in-hand with the property sales teams and assist them in finding and closing business with a “grass root” approach. The Regional DOS needs to be a self-starter who can assume a full portfolio of properties. The position must also be able to work in tandem with the Regional Revenue Team and Regional Operations Team.
Our Regional Operations teams oversee the asset and fiscal management of their portfolio of hotels, with assistance from the corporate offices to provide resources designed to assist the success of the on-site property teams. Successful candidates are those that value his or her associates, realizing that it is the on-site management and associates that create the service environment and the success levels we seek in all our hotel properties. We look for self-starters who can assume full charge of their assigned portfolios, who can obtain and maintain service indices that exceed their competition, while achieving agreed upon financial goals. A top priority is to maintain the high level of owner satisfaction that we have established and to serve as the liaison between the management company and the hotel's ownership groups.
