We are seeking a Front Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have a combination of hotel Front Desk Management/Supervisory level, union and luxury experience, as well as excellent communication skills.
*Please note - the schedule for this role is 3 pm shifts and 2 relief overnight shifts.
What will I be doing?
The Front Office Manager will assist the Assistant Director and team with oversight of a team of 30-40 Guest Service Agents, Rooms Controllers, Bell & Door Attendants. The role will manage all Front Office operations to include, but not limited to, guest service and registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation.
