The Concierge will be responsible for assisting the Rooms Manager in the recognition of all Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa special guests visiting the hotel, and for informing all hotel departments of the guests’ arrivals, special needs and requests, and personal preferences. Provides information to guest/visitor inquiries and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently. Act as a reservation liaison for all F&B outlets. Assist front of house team, and front of house managers when needed.
Ability to clearly, and pleasantly communicate with proper grammar in English with guests, visitors and coworkers in Writing, by telephone, and in person.
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
One year experience in similar position in hospitality industry.
Microsoft Office computer applications skills.
Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
Ability to focus attention of details.
Ability to maintain guest information, and pertinent hotel data, with high confidentiality.
