Job Description

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year.

This role will oversee duties at the following properties:

Courtyard - Cherry Creek

Hilton Garden Inn - Cherry Creek

Residence Inn - Cherry Creek

SUMMARY

The Complex Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing human resources strategy and participation in tactical execution in support of the overall business plan of the hotel property. Specifically, the focus of the position is administration and compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, organization development, HR policy and procedure development, compliance and employee and labor relations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work closely with senior leadership team to provide strategic HR support to property.
  • Partner with HR team and leadership to develop and oversee programs to recruit, retain, and develop high potential talent at all levels across the organization.
  • Assist with the developing and directing the strategy for effective leadership development, training, performance management, talent management, organization and succession planning, executive assessment and development processes and programs.
  • Contribute to the long-term viability, growth, and success of the business by ensuring that the HR strategy, policies and practices are concretely linked to the corporate vision, values, and strategic plan.
  • Play a leadership role in further defining and enhancing the property's culture and values to ensure they support the achievement of the business strategy.
  • Provide clear, meaningful, and timely communication to leadership to ensure consistent understanding of HR direction, goals, and roles.
  • Manages employee relations issues, investigations, disciplinary actions, guidance to managers, etc.
  • Provide coaching as needed to the leadership team.
  • Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent communication skills and able to represent Stonebridge Companies professionally.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using an HRIS and applicant tracking system (TalentReef and/or Workday) desirable.
  • Some local travel may be required.
