Job Description
The Peninsula Hotel Beverly Hills features our award winning Belvedere Restaurant, Roof Garden Restaurant (open air), Club Bar, Living Room (tea service) and 4,500 of event space. For the past 30 years we have created the perfect environment for power lunches, weddings and social occasions for the community as well as the world traveler.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and have a passion for both food and guest satisfaction. The ability to effectively oversee Managers and also be creative will be essential ingredients!
Job Requirements
* 2 years minimum experience in fine dining
* Michelin rated experience; 5 star and 5 diamond hotel experience a plus
*CA food handlers card
*Current Serve Safe certification
*Flexibility in scheduling
