Job Description
Our Culinary team at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and creative Banquet Cook. You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of our cuisine in our banquet kitchen.
Job Requirements
- Background in luxury kitchens, with quality volume experience.
- Scratch cooking, exceptional, creative and technical knife skills preferred with knowledge of statutory requirements regarding health and safety, sanitation, proper chemical usage, fire procedures, and HACCP.
- Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
- Ability to be a clear thinker that remains calm and resolves problems using good judgment.
- Ability to work well under pressure of meeting production schedules and timelines.
- Ability to work with all products and ingredients involved.

Eau-TisEau-tis, named for Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, is a sub-adult loggerhead sea turtle that was found chronicly debilitated in the waterway behind a private home in Jupiter. The turtle was admitted to the Sea Turtle Hospital at Loggerhead Marinelife Center on November 7, 2017. After 10 months of treatment for anemia, hypoglycemia, and minor surgeries to treat an abscess on the front of the carapace, Eau-tis was cleared for released.
Beach Clean UpTHANK YOU to the hoteliers, friends, and family who took the time to join us (rain or shine!) in our coastal clean-up efforts this past weekend. We collected over 11 pounds of trash from our beach!
