Triumph Hotels is seeking an Assistant Front Desk manager to oversee the operations of the Front Office. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, energetic with detailed Front Office supervisor background, possessing the ability and looking for the opportunity to be elevated to a larger role. This is a working front desk position that will also serve as the Manager on Duty, serving as the lead when upper management is not in the hotel. Flexibility to work 2 overnight shifts per week is required.
Assist in training, scheduling, supervising, developing, disciplining, and counseling employees according to hotel policies & procedures.
Ability to manage, develop, and lead front office agents.
Respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor of self and subordinates.
Ensure attention is placed on lobby activity and maintain a sense of control and coordination.
Previous Front office management experience is preferred
