Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in Rooms Management, a true people manager, and are you a star in motivating diverse and dynamic teams? Does it make you happy to create great experiences for our guests and do you know how to drive your teams to go the extra mile?

Then we are looking for you as our new Director of Rooms!

As Director of Rooms, you lead our three teams within the Rooms Department of Pulitzer Amsterdam; Front of House, Housekeeping & our Beauty House. With your passion for excellent service you motivate, train and coach the teams to exceed every guests’ expectation. You’re able to think outside of the box like no other, so complaints and problems are resolved in no time, and you inspire your team to do the same. You constantly monitor service quality and optimize processes where necessary, in line with the company’s strategies. You are a role model within the organization when it comes to creating culture and great guest experiences. You are an experienced people manager who fosters great team culture and a positive work environment, and you have experience in managing teams and department heads in a high-end hospitality environment. You’re results driven and have the financial acumen to drive revenues, and control costs within your department, as well as maintaining staff productivity in line with budget.
