Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is seeking a talented and experienced Advanced Cook 4, to deliver top-quality dishes that delight guests and elevate their experience.

What You’ll Do:

Master every dish on the menu, while staying ahead of the latest food trends and market innovations. Follow standard recipes and apply creative precision to minimize waste and maintain budget-friendly operations. Present beautifully plated dishes with impeccable garnishes, ensuring each plate meets excellence before service. Uphold the highest hygiene and sanitation standards, handling equipment and utensils with care. Build lasting relationships with guests, providing warm recognition and an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

Requires refined communication skills.
4 years of previous line experience preferred.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
Ability to give direction in Sous Chef’s absence.
Organizational skills, computer skills, and cost control experience preferred.
