Hotel Manager

Full-Time

The Hotel Manager has a diversified high-end Hotel/Resort experiences and skill set in all areas of boutique operations with a minimum of 5 to 7 years in the same role as Hotel Manager. 

Education: 

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management with 2 years of hotel upper-management experience.

OR

5 to 7 years’ experience as Hotel Manager of high-end hotel/resort operations. *Hotel Manager In current role mandatory.

Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.

Experience - Synopsis:

Hotel Manager managing high-end Hotel/Resort Operations.

Budget(s) development & management.

Financials: Revenue Management- Cost Control - Profitability.

HR.

Front Office.

Training (SOP’s development).
