Key Responsibilities: As General Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve excellence in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the resort's reputation and profitability.
• Engage heavily with the local community, area events, vendors, charities, Chamber of Commerce, and City Council.
• Continue to enhance Beach House's focus on entertainment by being involved in programming, activities, and activations
• Oversee daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, regulations, and high-quality standards.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and revenue strategies.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and commitment among staff.
• Actively engage with guests to understand and exceed their expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in luxury resorts.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
• Comprehensive knowledge of large Food & Beverage operations.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred.
