As our Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll be the face of our hotel, leading a talented team of front desk agents and ensuring that every guest receives a warm, personalized experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will have the chance to lead the daily operations of our front desk, helping to create seamless guest interactions and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. From check-ins to check-outs, you’ll make sure every guest has a flawless experience, all while mentoring and supporting your team to be the best they can be.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the front desk team in providing outstanding, personalized service to each guest.
• Oversee the check-in/check-out process, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with the highest level of professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to craft truly unforgettable guest experiences.
• Use the Opera Property Management System to manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest profiles.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the front desk team, ensuring they have all the tools to deliver exceptional service.
• Offer guidance and feedback to help team members grow in their roles and enhance their skills.
• Foster a positive, dynamic work environment where every team member feels supported and valued.
• Keep the front desk area organized, efficient, and ready for every guest interaction.
• Monitor check-in/check-out times to ensure that every guest’s journey is swift and seamless.
• Ensure guest preferences are noted, reservations are accurate, and every detail is communicated across departments.
• Oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy and providing invoices promptly.
• Resolve any billing discrepancies professionally and in a timely manner to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Be proactive in gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and creating solutions on the spot.
• Follow up with guests post-checkout to ensure their satisfaction and gather valuable insights for ongoing improvement.
• Work closely with all departments—housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and more—to ensure our guests’ needs are met with efficiency and care.
• Maintain open lines of communication with management to keep them updated on guest feedback and daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus!
• Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, ideally within a luxury hotel, is highly preferred.

Skills:

• Familiarity with the Opera Property Management System (PMS) is a plus!
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership abilities and a passion for motivating and mentoring a team.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences for guests.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility is key, as this role requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift light items is required.
