Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a front desk agent in a hotel customer service
- Familiarity with hotel booking system OPERA and basic computer skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills preferred
Your Role
As a member of the Capri Laguna team, your responsibilities will include Hotel sales, welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone inquiries, and providing information about the hotel and the local area. You will also be tasked with addressing guest requests, resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring that all guest needs are met and complete any other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
