What you will do as our next Cook

Be on the Line cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Put our best foot forward assisting with set-up, disassembly, preparation and service of all ala carte, room service and catering functions.
Showcase your organizational skills as you assist in the receiving and storage of all food & beverage products as outlined by local health department rules and regulations.
Be a team player as we work hard and have lots of fun!

What you need to be successful as a Cook

Have a fun, positive, and energetic personality.
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Chef, Restaurant Cook.
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
