Job Description

To direct and assist guest and associates with communication needs in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure that Moments of Service standards are followed
Answer console/switch board for both hotels in three rings
Direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
Assist all guests and associates with inquiries
Synergy dispatcher for Engineering and Housekeeping
Record and deliver wake up calls in GoConcierge to include weather
Assist at front desk

Qualifications

Customer service experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook and other general computer skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external guests
Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
