Westmont Hospitality Group is actively seeking to hire a knowledgeable, energetic and experienced part-time Human Resources HRIS & Systems Analyst. Under the guidance of the Corporate Director of Human Resources, the part-time Human Resources HRIS & Systems Analyst will support the Human Resources efforts for our US Full Service portfolio of 27 hotels.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of hands-on Human Resources HRIS & Systems Analyst support experience in a full-service hotel environment with strong HR generalist background.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and support HRIS systems
Spearheads assigned projects under guidance of Corporate Director of HR.
Maintain and support systems integration for all hotels
Provides training and continuing support for new HR Leaders at the properties
Assists with hotel acquisitions and dispositions related to HRIS & HR systems
Pledge to a dedication of obtaining the highest quality of guest service and employee relations.
Position reports directly to the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
