Front Desk Agent

Full-Time

We are hiring for part-time, year-round and full-time Guest Service Agents at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Foxborough, MA. This position is responsible for delivering hospitality to our guests in accordance with Hilton and High Road Hospitality standards. Primary tasks include taking guest reservations, checking-in, and checking-out guests after their stay, and providing local recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area.

Ideal candidates possess the following skillset:

• At least one year working in a customer service role
• The ability to stand for the entire duration of a shift
• Previous experience using a reservation platform and a high level of comfort with the common computer platforms such as Office 365 and the Microsoft Office suite
• Hilton experience preferred
• Flexibility with scheduling availability, weekends required
