A growing premier hotel management company, Triumph Hotels with a portfolio of six unique Manhattan hotels is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive performance, enhance guest experiences, and lead strategic growth.

The Role
As COO, you will oversee the daily operations of all six hotels, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, optimizing profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and reporting to ownership. You will direct and work closely with VPs, General Managers and executive team to implement growth strategies, streamline operations, and drive brand excellence.
