The groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring the hotel property is well maintained and reflects an image of outstanding quality. This individual is self-motivated and has the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Maintain and clean all outdoor hotel property (i.e. sidewalk, drives, parking).
• Keep the hotel property in good condition.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
• Open and close work requests.
• Use moderate to heavy equipment to complete duties as assigned, i.e. leaf blower, power washer, etc.
• Operate Freight Elevator as needed. Take Golf Cart clean around smoking area by loading dock, parking lot, valet lot, entrance from street coming up to the hotel.
• Clean and polish service elevator and tracks.
• Lobby Level Landing sweep and mop.
• Lobby Landing sweep and mop.
• Back hallway by convention service office sweep and mop.
• Dust and clean tops of lockers.
• Take Golf cart around parking lot and entrance for trash and cigarette butts.
• Clean pool area at Villa, inside and outside Lobby area of Villa.

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time (at least 8 hours/shift).
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (at least 8 hours/shift).
• Self-motivated, and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Able to maintain a 4- diamond level of service and cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read and understand daily work assignments.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with fellow associates and guests in person or via radio.
• Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule which includes working on weekends and holidays.
• Ability and willingness to bend, stretch, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to drive a Golf Cart
• Must be able to push/pull carts up to 100 pounds.
