Job Description:

The Complex Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for leading both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience across multiple restaurant and bar locations. This role works closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless operations and a positive dining experience for all guests. Additionally, the manager collaborates with the FOH and BOH teams to maintain consistency in quality and service.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can step into various roles as needed, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing ordering, invoicing, and inventory across both locations, with a strong focus on cost control. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, keen attention to detail, creativity, and a sense of urgency. Most importantly, the Complex Food and Beverage Manager fosters a positive learning environment, inspiring growth and teamwork throughout the operation.

Requirements:

• 2-3 Years Bar Mangement Experience
• Dependable, punctual, impeccable attendance record
• Accurate, attention to detail, service oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor
• Must be able to work on feet for extended periods
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
