Reporting to the Director of Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Consistent development, support, promotion and enforcement of hotel policies relating to employee and guest safety and security.
Responsible for training and development of Security & Safety Programs throughout the hotel.
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Security Department, constantly monitoring to improve efficiency and service.

Qualifications

2-3 years Senior Management experience in similar environment
Ability to handle staff safety and security issues
Diploma in Law and Security or equivalent preferred
