We are excited to announce an opening for a General Manager at our new Microtel Inn & Suites located in Prattville, AL. As a growing company with multiple properties, we offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to take charge and be a key part of our expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain financial goals, including revenue management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Implement and uphold brand standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for all hotel staff.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role required, preferably in an upper midscale or limited-service hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage hotel budgets, financial reports, and operational tasks.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
