Are you passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences in a sophisticated environment? The Pulitzer Hotel is looking for talented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. Located in the heart of Amsterdam, our restaurant combines elegant dining with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Take and accurately process guests' orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
